Enfoque Financiero is a program that seeks to prepare Hispanic families for homeownership over a period of time, by providing information, in Spanish, that will assist them in creating banking relationships, establishing financial patterns that support mortgage lending, avoid predatory lending practices, and build equity and savings for long term financial success. In addition, we believe that this education model will be useful and that the knowledge will be imparted over and over again in these close knit communities, will eventually bridge what now seems like insurmountable differences.
